Evening Reception: July 31

INANE 2019 has planned a special evening event for conference participants and their guests:

An Evening at the National Automobile Museum

This event will include private tours of the museum with docents, appetizers, and cocktails

The National Automobile Museum is just across the street from the Reno Renaissance Hotel. For INANE 2019 attendees and their guests, we have arranged a private evening at the museum on Wednesday, July 31st, beginning at 5:30 pm.

The National Automobile Museum has a stunning display of over 200 antique, vintage, classic, and special interest vehicles, displayed in a dynamic, contemporary location. You will have the chance to “travel through time” to see Horseless Carriages (one of the finest collections in the world), race cars, cars that starred in movies, cars that belonged to movie stars, antique fire engines, and more. The majority of the cars in the collection come from the estate of the late Bill Harrah, gaming pioneer and automobile enthusiast–or as they say in the video below, “the Jay Leno of his time.”

For our party, INANE attendees and guests can enter the museum starting at 5:30 pm. There will be private docents to help people tour the museum, explain exhibits, and answer questions. In Gallery 4 there will be beverages (beer, wine, well drinks, soft drinks) and passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres. We will have up to three hours to visit and tour the museum, enjoy drinks and appetizers, and network with friends and colleagues.

Cost for this special event is $78/person. Guests are welcome!

This will be a fun as well as an educational evening! The map above shows the layout of the museum and the video below gives you a glimpse of what you will see!

We look forward to welcoming you to this special event for INANE 2019!
